Yingjie Xue
Dr. Yingjie Xue is an assistant professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), Society Hub, Financial Technology Thrust. Her research is focused on blockchain, e.g. blockchain interoperability, security & privacy, and decentralized finance. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Brown University (Ivy League School), Computer Science Department, in 2023. Her supervisor is Dr. Maurice Herlihy. She received her bachelor’s degree in Information Security from the University of Science and Technology of China (in 2015). She received her master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (in 2018). Her supervisor is Dr. Kaiping Xue.
